Our private shuttle transfer service: How it works in a nutshell
Once a reservation has been confirmed, your driver will pickup you at the agreed place or address. Our service is door-to-door from/to any address you specify and, for airports, railway stations and cruise terminals, a Meet & Greet service is provided free of charge (your driver will wait for you holding a welcome board, even if your flight is delayed). All our transfers are private and you will not share your vehicle with anybody else. We gladly accept cash payment to driver and, for most cities we serve, credit card option is available too. Prices are fixed regardless of traffic and deviations, so you will not risk to be overcharged by a taxi driver, depending on the issues that could affect your trip.
Single passengers and large groups welcome on tailor-made routes
Although most transfer prices displayed on-line are up to 14 people, we provide also customized bus transfers for groups up to 50 passengers and, if you can't find your route on our home page, we are very pleased to organize a tailor-made trip based on your request. Our vehicles range from luxury sedan car (taxi service), typically including Mercedes E Class, to spacious and comfortable minibus and bus depending on number of pasengers, luggage quantity, but also by your personal preference (just let us know, should you need a bigger or different vehicle). Although we are an Internet based operator, you are not left alone and customer support is gladly provided free of charge.
